Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and interactive group sessions to foster community, allowing clients to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized and empathetic counseling sessions, helping clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while developing actionable coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize diverse assessment tools to track and evaluate clients' progress, ensuring measurable outcomes and implementing necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Collaborative Care: Work with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, communicate effectively on complex cases, and ensure optimal outcomes for each client.

• Continuous Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, Supervision and gain access to Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to support your growth as a clinician.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a clientele of young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health issues. Your compassionate approach will be vital in inspiring hope, fostering healing, and promoting recovery among this demographic, which often faces unique societal pressures and expectations.

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Licensure: Current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure is mandatory.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in mental health treatment settings, particularly with young adults. Proficiency in therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and familiarity with group therapy techniques are highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
