The Opportunity The division is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team and support its operations from the St. Louis office. This is an on-site, full-time role suited for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working closely with both finance and operational teams. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while contributing to the broader success of the organization. Responsibilities Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions. Reconcile monthly bank activity and maintain accurate account records. Prepare, review, and interpret financial statements. Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Handle general ledger functions including journal entries and adjustments. Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Provide support during internal and external audits as well as tax processes. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 4 years in accounting roles, with exposure to audits and financial reporting. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; prior use of CMIC or Sage 300 is strongly preferred. Core Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA designation is an advantage.
