As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, respond to security-related incidents, and maintain a visible presence to help deter unwanted activity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: Supervisory experience is required. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
