As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Customer Relations in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will conduct routine patrols throughout an assigned property, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout assigned commercial properties, parking areas, building perimeters, and common areas to help identify and report unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access or policy violations. Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
