Are you passionate about creating delectable pastries and desserts that delight the senses? Do you dream of working in a bakery with a rich history of excellence? If so, we’d love to meet you! For the past 18 years, our wholesale French bakery has been serving the Miami, FL area with authentic, high-quality baked goods. Now, we’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
What You’ll DoAs our Pastry Chef, you’ll play a key role in crafting the delicious creations that our customers have come to love. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods with precision.
- Following established recipes to maintain consistency and quality.
- Ensuring all products meet the high standards of our French bakery tradition.
- Managing time efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Pastry Chef who brings creativity, dedication, and a love for baking to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in pastry or baking.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and attention to detail.
- Languages: While not required, Spanish is a plus and will help you thrive in our diverse environment.
- Work Ethic: A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for creating exceptional baked goods.
