Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for our residents, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
• Execute and Cook a menu prepared by our dietitan
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
• Work effectively with our dietary team to ensure that meals are prepared and delivered on time
• Collaborate with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive meals that meet their individual needs
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and meal service
• Participate in menu planning and food ordering as needed

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation and cooking
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
