Business Manager

Mālamalama Waldorf School is seeking an experienced, organized, and collaborative Business Manager to support the financial health and administrative operations of our school for the 2026–2027 school year. This position works closely with the School Administrator, Finance Committee, and Board of Trustees and is responsible for overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, tuition management, and the day-to-day financial operations of the school. 0.80 FTE (approximately 32 hours per week) Salary: $50,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience Benefits include individual medical insurance and tuition remission We're looking for someone with experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration who values integrity, collaboration, and supporting a mission-driven school community. Experience with QuickBooks is required, and experience with nonprofit or school finance is preferred.
