Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support to clients facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique circumstances and reflect their personal values.

• Create a safe and trusting environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their concerns and emotions.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to facilitate clients’ progress and treatment goals.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, mental health professionals, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in urgent need, effectively managing acute situations with professionalism and care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by expanding expertise in specialized areas, such as trauma therapy, adolescent counseling, or couples therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Unto Life Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. Your focus will be on delivering tailored therapeutic interventions that meet the unique needs of these groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
