District Manager

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the District Manager position, joining our Chillicothe, OH team.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday approximately 45-55 hours a week.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years' experience in route sales with Herr Foods or two years managerial experience in a DSD company.
• Demonstrated success in ability to forecast future opportunities and problems.
• Demonstrated ability to reach goals and objectives by deadlines, with ability to manage operations when performance deviates from plan and execute corrective measures.
• Experience in the snack food industry preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence with an excellent driving record.
• All Herr Foods Inc. job offers are contingent upon successfully passing a drug test. Herr Foods also has a Random Drug Testing program for all active employees.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Frequently driving, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, balancing and lifting and reaching using fine manipulation.
• Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Exposed to outside weather elements.
