Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
