Retail Ops Leader: Inventory, Merchandising & Team Coaching

SEPHORA

Sephora Santa Monica is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store efficiency and deliver an outstanding client experience. You’ll lead the operations team, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coach others to achieve excellence in a fast-paced retail setting. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and a focus on Sephora standards.
