Product Marketing Specialist

Xcitium is looking for a motivated Product Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience who has built a strong foundation in marketing and is ready to take on more responsibility, broaden their skill set, and grow their career. We're looking for someone who is hands-on, curious, organized, and excited to learn. You'll work across product marketing, demand generation, content, digital campaigns, and sales enablement , gaining exposure to multiple areas of marketing while working closely with our Sales, Product, and leadership teams. This is a hybrid position based in our Bloomfield, New Jersey office . What You'll Do Product Marketing & Content Help develop product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for Xcitium's cybersecurity solutions. Translate technical product information into clear, engaging content for customers and prospects. Create and update marketing materials including presentations, solution briefs, web content, email campaigns, case studies, and sales enablement materials. Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives. Conduct competitive and market research to help identify trends, opportunities, and key differentiators. Work with Product and Sales teams to understand customer needs and develop effective messaging. Demand Generation & Campaigns Help plan, build, and execute B2B marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and support pipeline growth. Support email, digital, content, webinar, event, social media, and other integrated marketing initiatives. Assist with lead-nurture campaigns and programs targeting prospects throughout the buyer journey. Build and manage campaign landing pages, emails, and supporting content. Track campaign performance and help identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and results. Collaborate with Sales on campaigns targeting specific customers, prospects, industries, and market segments. What We're Looking For 2–3 years of marketing experience , ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or a related environment. Experience or exposure to product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, or B2B campaigns . Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to take technical or complex information and communicate it clearly. Comfortable learning new products, technologies, platforms, and marketing strategies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A collaborative attitude and willingness to jump in where needed. Interest in using data and campaign results to make better marketing decisions. Nice to Have Experience working for a technology or cybersecurity company. Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms. Experience with email marketing, paid digital campaigns, SEO, webinars, or events. Basic understanding of the B2B sales funnel and lead-generation process. Experience creating marketing or sales collateral. What We're Really Looking For You don't need to know everything on day one.
