Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy in one-on-one, family, and group modalities.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and collaborate with school personnel and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for students in distress.

• Document clinical progress meticulously, maintaining accurate notes and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducation to students and families, equipping them with strategies to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Engage in continuous outreach to the school community, providing training and resources to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and modify therapeutic approaches based on outcome evaluations.

Qualifications\n
