Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health statuses, utilizing advanced tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to create tailored treatment plans.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy, adjusting treatment plans in collaboration with patients to ensure optimal outcomes and improved mental health.

• Document all required clinical information, treatment records, and reports accurately and timely, adhering to departmental protocols and legal requirements.

• Coordinate with patients, families, and external mental health professionals to develop a cohesive treatment approach that encompasses the holistic needs of the patient.

• Engage in continuous education and training opportunities, mentoring interns and new team members, while also participating in peer reviews and chart audits.

• Establish robust referral pathways to connect patients with additional resources and support services as needed, building a comprehensive support network.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Red Oak Mental Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
