Salary: $104,550 - 172,500 per year Requirements:

• We need a bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or a closely related field.
• We require at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience for Level 3 candidates, or about 9 years for Level 4 candidates.
• We prefer advanced study in engineering, physics, or chemistry.
• We value experience in electronic systems design, coding, and testing.
• We look for experience developing or integrating mission systems for military aircraft.
• We prefer familiarity with requirements management tools and model-based systems engineering practices.
• We value experience working with interface control documents and analyzing system data.
• We prefer candidates who have worked on agile teams and used Jira.
• We require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which depends on U.S. citizenship and export control eligibility.
• We require candidates to satisfy our conflict-of-interest assessment process.
• We prefer an interim or final U.S. Secret clearance or higher that has been active within the past 24 months.

• We apply engineering practices, methods, standards, principles, theories, and concepts to our work.
• We develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements aligned with customer and contract needs.
• We create statements of work and technical performance specifications.
• We translate requirements into system architectures, hardware and software designs, and interface definitions while maintaining traceability across the product lifecycle.
• We test and validate designs to confirm operational and functional compliance.
• We resolve integration challenges and production issues.
• We support fielded hardware and software throughout the full product lifecycle.
• We investigate emerging technologies to shape future product concepts and meet anticipated needs.
• We monitor supplier performance to support system integration and requirements compliance.

Our new state-of-the-art Daytona Beach facility is focused on engineering excellence, and the role is expected to be 100% onsite there, with possible travel to our Berkeley, Missouri site for training.
