This full-time, in-office role offers a fast track to a Level 2 position, making it a great opportunity for motivated professionals looking to deepen their technical expertise in a supportive, client-focused environment. In this role, you’ll be the first line of technical support for business clients across a range of industries. You’ll handle help desk tickets, perform desktop and device support, troubleshoot Office 365 and basic network issues, and escalate more complex problems to senior team members. You'll also gain exposure to tools and technologies that support long-term growth in systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
