Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to explore students' mental health issues, strengths, and community resources.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and continually evaluate individualized treatment plans, encompassing tailored therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Engage in collaborative care by partnering with psychiatrists, psychologists, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments, safety planning, and immediate therapeutic interventions as required.

• Document all clinical activities accurately and timely, adhering to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at increasing students’ awareness of mental health and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be mid- to high-risk adolescents, many of whom may present with varying degrees of anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
