Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to patients facing terminal illnesses, assisting in the management of symptoms and emotional distress associated with end-of-life care.

• Engage with clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on developing tailored care plans that address unique needs and preferences.

• Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based screening tools to identify mental health and emotional needs, and facilitate referrals for additional services when required.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and effective service delivery.

• Monitor client progress and treatment efficacy, adjusting care plans as necessary and ensuring documentation is timely and accurate to meet regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
