This role will be centered around a remote work setting but will involve collaboration with team members and other healthcare providers in the vicinity. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions through a variety of platforms, including teletherapy, to accommodate flexible scheduling options.

• Manage complete documentation practices, ensuring timely recording of each session, treatment plans, and progress notes to maintain accurate client records.

• Utilize our billing service for managing client claims, overseeing insurance accounts receivables, conducting eligibility checks, and implementing payment plans, thereby allowing you to focus on client care.

• Take charge of scheduling all ongoing appointments, effectively managing your calendar to maintain organized and timely client interactions.

• Demonstrate adeptness in working with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of clinical presentations, particularly those associated with hospice care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with a range of clients, including individuals and couples from various backgrounds. You will be directly involved with clients at transitional phases in their lives, particularly in the context of palliative care and hospice support. Your contributions will not only promote mental health well-being but also enhance overall quality of life through compassionate and considerate social work practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with a valid LCSW license to practice independently.

• Willingness to work a full-time schedule with a minimum of 20-25 client hours weekly, including availability for two evenings per week.
