About the Role Bar Back at Topgolf provides essential support for bartenders, ensuring a seamless, energetic experience for players and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar area. Responsibilities Support bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need and keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Maintain a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils, and collecting empty glasses and bottles. Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork. Commit to safety and sanitation standards to keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant. Comfortable lifting up to 50lb., bending, stooping, and carrying. Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, not required. Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and hold required certifications in responsible beverage service where mandated by law. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50lb.; Remain on feet for most of the shift; Engage in a variety of physical tasks; and Endurance to keep up the pace in a high‑volume environment.
