Utilization Management RN: Care Coordination & Review

CommunityCare HMO Inc.

CommunityCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform utilization review across outpatient, inpatient and post-acute services in Tulsa, OK. The role partners with physicians and care teams to assess medical necessity and coordinate care for high-risk members. You will document decisions, refer cases as needed to the Medical Director, and participate in ongoing education. Experience in discharge planning or case management and knowledge of managed care are a plus; state licensure is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr CommunityCare HMO Inc.
