Utilization Management RN: Care Coordination & Review

CommunityCare HMO Inc. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to perform utilization review of outpatient, inpatient and post-acute services, and coordinate care for high-risk members in Oklahoma. In this role, you will document review determinations, collaborate with physicians and management, and support Care Management programs within the Utilization Management Team.
