About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to champion the smooth operation and strategic evolution of our client's global e-commerce initiatives. In this role, you will be the central connector between technical site experience and creative content teams, ensuring every digital touchpoint is flawlessly executed. You'll play a crucial part in managing the end-to-end process of digital content delivery, from initial brief to final quality assurance, directly impacting how customers interact with and experience our client's brand online. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the complete Product Detail Page process, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. Act as the primary point of contact for all market requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Manage and meticulously update the global content animation calendar. Track asset adoption across various platforms and markets. Conduct thorough site audits for all global markets to maintain consistency and quality. Oversee digital asset and product information management processes. Ensure the quality assurance of each content animation package before its final release to markets. Conduct continuous market and competitive research to inform strategies. Lead content animation campaign management, including developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, managing cross-functional reviews, overseeing QA delivery, and managing market releases. Partner closely with technical project managers to ensure the master site is up to date for market reference and all assets meet required sizes and specifications. Lead the organization and logistics for the annual Global Digital Forum. Lead the process for 3D content and textures for global e-commerce, coordinating with marketing teams and vendors. Manage the production of various content types, including videos and product laydowns. Facilitate communication and collaboration between site experience and site content teams, ensuring alignment and addressing feedback. Manage deliverables, project timelines, and maintain a weekly project tracker. Capture and distribute meeting minutes immediately after every call, ensuring all specific requests and feedback are documented and addressed. Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving sales and growth through measurable results and a comprehensive understanding of the consumer journey. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Demonstrated understanding of current e-commerce trends, strategies, and techniques. Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and avid attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment. Proven project management skillset, with an exceptional ability to streamline workflows and processes. A genuine passion for project management and a commitment to the role. Strong aesthetic sensibility. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience working with global markets, particularly in the APAC region. Experience in e-commerce and social media.
