Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Fairfield, NJ 07004Position SummaryUnifoil is seeking an energetic and personable Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams. This is a phone-focused position involving customer communication, order entry, and the preparation of estimates using company systems.The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple customer requests in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is helpful but not required. Unifoil will provide training on its products, processes, and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for customers by phone and email.Respond to questions regarding products, pricing, estimates, orders, and delivery status.Enter new customer orders accurately and efficiently.Prepare and enter customer estimates and quotations using the company’s estimating system.Review orders for accurate product specifications, quantities, pricing, shipping information, and requested delivery dates.Confirm order details with customers and obtain any missing information needed to process orders.Provide customers with order confirmations, updates, and other requested information.Coordinate with sales, estimating, production, shipping, and other internal departments to support customer needs.Monitor open orders and communicate potential delays, changes, or issues to customers and internal teams.Maintain accurate customer, order, estimate, and communication records.Research and resolve order discrepancies, customer concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.Develop a working knowledge of Unifoil’s products, services, pricing, and order processes.Follow up with customers when additional information or approval is needed.Contribute to a positive, responsive, and professional customer experience.Required QualificationsStrong verbal communication and telephone skills.Friendly, professional, and energetic approach to customer interactions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate order entry.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities.Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems.Effective written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities.Ability to work effectively with customers and coworkers across multiple departments.High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, order entry, estimating, sales support, or a related position.Experience working in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or another order-driven business.Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.-.Familiarity with estimating, enterprise resource planning, order-management, or customer relationship management systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Training ProvidedUnifoil will provide training on:Company products and servicesOrder-entry proceduresEstimating and quotation processesInternal software and business systemsCustomer and order documentation requirementsCoordination with production, shipping, and other departmentsExperience with every system is not required.
