Dialog is a Los Angeles-born café and lifestyle brand built around food, coffee, community, culture, and collaboration.

We’re looking for a Head of Social & Partnerships to own how Dialog shows up online and who we build with.

This is not a traditional restaurant social media role. We want someone creative, culturally aware, highly social, and commercially minded — someone who can turn everyday moments at Dialog into great content while building meaningful relationships with brands, creators, athletes, artists, and communities.

What You'll Own

• Lead Dialog’s social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Concept, shoot, edit, write, and publish engaging short-form content
• Develop a distinct and recognizable Dialog voice
• Capture menu launches, events, collaborations, community moments, and café culture
• Build relationships with creators and tastemakers
• Identify and pitch brand partnerships, collaborations, events, product drops, and activations
• Manage partnerships from initial outreach through execution
• Develop relationships with brands, agencies, creators, and talent
• Track social growth, engagement, partnership performance, and business impact

Who We're Looking For

You understand culture beyond what’s trending on TikTok.

You follow food, fashion, fitness, music, hospitality, wellness, design, and Los Angeles culture because you genuinely care about them.

You have strong creative instincts, excellent taste, and know how to turn an idea into something people want to share.

You should be comfortable shooting an iPhone Reel one minute and pitching a major brand partnership the next.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media, brand marketing, partnerships, creative, hospitality, fashion, entertainment, or related fields
• Proven experience growing social accounts or building brands
• Strong short-form video and copywriting skills
• Experience developing brand partnerships or collaborations
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar tools
• Existing relationships across creators, brands, agencies, food, fashion, fitness, or LA culture are a major plus
• Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and comfortable moving quickly

Compensation

$80,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience

Potential performance-based compensation tied to major partnerships and brand growth.
