We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, grow our global community, and help tell the Oliveda story across digital platforms. What You'll Do Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Ensure consistent storytelling and brand messaging across all channels. Plan and manage editorial calendars aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns. Content Creation & Community Engagement Collaborate with creative, marketing, and influencer teams to produce engaging photo, video, and written content. Build meaningful relationships with our online community through thoughtful engagement and customer interaction. Maintain a consistent brand voice while increasing audience engagement and loyalty. Analytics & Performance Monitor key performance indicators including engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions, ROI, and ROAS. Analyze campaign performance and use insights to continuously optimize strategy. Prepare regular reports and recommendations for leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, Product Development, and Influencer Marketing teams to maximize campaign performance. Support product launches, promotions, events, and brand initiatives through strategic social media execution. Stay Ahead of Trends Keep current with social media trends, platform updates, beauty and wellness culture, and emerging technologies. Identify new opportunities to expand brand awareness and audience growth. Qualifications We're looking for someone who brings both creativity and analytical thinking. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency Beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle industry experience strongly preferred Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content planning skills Experience using analytics to drive strategy and improve campaign performance Knowledge of ROI/ROAS reporting and social media metrics Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for sustainability, clean beauty, and mission-driven brands Why Join Oliveda?
