Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a trusting and secure environment for open discussion.

• Assess and diagnose mental health issues through clinical interviews and patient assessments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs, strengths, and circumstances of each client.

• Conduct both individual and couple therapy sessions, modifying therapy approaches as required based on client progress and feedback.

• Regularly evaluate and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans and interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Guide clients in the development of coping strategies for managing various mental health disorders, promoting self-efficacy and resilience.

• Provide referrals to specialized services when appropriate, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and other mental health disorders. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, ages, and experiences, helping them navigate their challenges through tailored therapeutic interventions and ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Arizona.

• A master's or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong knowledge of current practices in mental health therapy and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficient in providing telehealth services with a comfortability in utilizing digital platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
