Production Associate Location: Mooresville, NC Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Built to Last. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements At least 1 year of packaging and palletizing experience required Previous manufacturing experience preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills Flexibility to work overtime and additional hours as needed Job Duties Package finished products according to customer and production specifications Inspect products for quality issues and report defects to supervisors Stack, wrap, and label pallets for shipment Ensure packaging materials are stocked and available for production Count, weigh, and report scrap materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements Assist with production activities and machinery operation as needed Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
