As a key player in our team youll manage and expand relationships with government clients ensuring high-quality staffing solutions and driving contract performance within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with government clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment regulations.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and strategic updates to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing government partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Public Administration or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience in staffing workforce solutions or recruitment account management.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and workforce planning.
- Working knowledge of ACA FLSA and general employment compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- US Citizen only.
Preferences
- Experience managing government public sector or highly regulated client accounts.
- Familiarity with government contracting regulations and public procurement processes.
- Experience overseeing safety-sensitive or CDL-regulated workforce programs.
- Advanced proficiency in workforce reporting and data analysis tools.
