Staff Accountant

We're partnering with a well-established organization in Nashville that is looking to add a Staff Accountant to its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, digging into the details, and contributing to the overall financial health of a business. You'll work closely with leadership and other members of the accounting team while gaining exposure to a variety of accounting functions. Responsibilities include: Prepare and post journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile bank, balance sheet, and general ledger accounts Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed Assist with financial reporting and account analysis Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Partner with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance What we need from you!
