Advanced Medical Diagnostic Center Leadership

This role oversees the Advanced Medical Diagnostic Center (Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and PDCU-Recovery). Provides administrative and nursing leadership in an assigned inpatient setting in order to provide excellence in the delivery of high-quality patient care and an optimal patient care experience. The incumbent directs the activities and resources of the nursing unit in partnership with physicians, medical staff, leadership, and others to resolve operational challenges and/or to improve processes. Works with senior leadership to develop and establish short and long-term strategic plans that complement system, operating unit or affiliate goals and initiatives, including business, operations, and/or organizational priorities. Sets priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan. Develops and establishes the direction of policies and procedures, and sets a structure for providing safe, consistent and effective patient care. Establishes overall operating and capital budget with input from management team, ensuring financial targets are achieved and variances are addressed timely.

Sutter Memorial Medical Center is one of the Central Valley's leading acute care hospitals and a key facility within the Sutter Health network. Located in Modesto, California, the hospital is licensed for 419 beds and serves patients throughout Stanislaus County and the surrounding region. It is designated as a Level II Trauma Center, providing advanced emergency and critical care services for complex injuries and medical emergencies. Sutter Memorial Medical Center offers a broad range of specialized clinical services, including cardiovascular care, cancer treatment, orthopedics, women's and children's services, maternity care, neonatal intensive care, stroke care, and advanced surgical services. Pay Range is $200,054.40 to $320,091.20 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health's comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
