Job Summary

Experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, configuring, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions.
Skilled in developing plug-ins, custom workflow activities, business process flows, JavaScript, web resources, CRM Web API, OData, REST/SOAP services , and custom CRM components.
Strong experience with CRM entities, workflows, security models, configurations, customizations, and integrations , supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes.
Proficient in . NET, WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric , with experience delivering CRM implementation projects and reporting solutions.
Adept at applying CRM development best practices, integration patterns, deployment methodologies, and scalable solution design across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strong oral/written communication skills.
Work with the business team to understand the requirements
Work in the Agile methodology (SCRUM)
Collaborate with the team to work on developing new features
Leading and participating High level design session and collaborating with Business on the best practices and solutions that maximize the client needs
Constantly challenging status quo and bringing in operational excellence to the team to raise the bar.

Required Qualifications

Direct, hands-on expertise in the following:
MS Dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources.
Creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM
Configuring, customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (Entities, Workflows and configuration)
Dynamics CRM Entities , workflows , configurations , customization development , integrations development.
CRM Functional areas in Sales Automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality
Core .NET technology and related areas - WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server
Expertise with Power BI, Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
Strong understanding of CRM security model, CRM deployment methods
Experience of working as CRM Developer for at least 2 implementation projects/cycles
Experience integrating CRM using web services (rest/soap) and messaging (N Service Bus)
Expertise in writing Plug Ins, Workflow, business process flows and custom scripts.
Knowledge of best practices and guidelines for design and development
