Position Project Manager Location: Los Angeles, CA Wage: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Posted: March5,2026 Key Responsibilities Manage the installation, construction, and upgrade of low‑voltage IT systems including LAN, WLAN, VoIP, IP public address/intercom systems, and IP video camera/security systems. Coordinate technology infrastructure deployments across large campus, school district, or government environments. Develop, review, and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and critical path schedules. Ensure project activities align with district standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Review and approve Statements of Work, technical designs, and Bills of Material. Gather and analyze data to support project budgets and cost estimates. Prepare project management plans, recovery plans, status reports, issue logs, and resolution tracking. Prepare clear written reports and documentation. Conduct site visits, project meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions. Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to district leadership. Track and maintain project expenditures, job tickets, and resource allocations. Collect, analyze, and interpret statistical and budgetary project information. Read and interpret design documentation, engineering drawings, plans, and specifications. Monitor project performance and recommend improvements to processes and project delivery. Maintain strong working relationships with district personnel, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Set priorities and ensure project tasks are completed within established deadlines. Minimum Qualifications Five years’ experience as a Project Manager. Experience managing IT infrastructure or low‑voltage technology projects within large organizations, education institutions, or government environments. Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, telecommunications systems, and security technology deployments. Proven ability to manage complex projects, schedules, and budgets. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Additional Requirements Ability to travel to various district sites as needed. Valid California Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with district personnel and partner organizations.
