Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and supervising daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and present high-quality menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
• Monitor proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional kitchen experience; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education is a plus.
• Food Handler or Safe Food Certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read banquet event orders (BEOs), recipes, and safety procedures.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
