Customer Service Phone Representative

These short‑term engagements (through September, with potential to extend) are mission‑critical — helping reduce customer wait times and ensuring policyholders receive timely, thoughtful support.

What you’ll do:

• Support customers primarily by phone (with some written communication)
• Assist with billing, account, and product‑related questions
• Analyze member accounts and process updates (beneficiaries, coverage, payment methods, etc.)
