HR Coordinator
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting a people-first medical technology organization, the remote HR Coordinator will administer parental leave programs, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and resolve leave-related inquiries in a contract capacity. Key responsibilities Administer parental leave of absences nationally and consult with employees and managers on eligibility and provisions Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex leave issues while maintaining accurate case documentation Collaborate with HR partners to ensure consistent communication and compliance with federal/state regulations Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum 1 year of experience administering Leaves of Absence programs Preferred qualifications include 2+ years in a fast-paced customer support role and an Associate or Bachelor's degree Applied knowledge of leaves/benefits laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA
