The Staffing Consultant functions in a critical and dynamic role focused on sales, recruitment, account management, customer service, and operations. Staffing consultants work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment committed to serving the most vulnerable populations in our communities while pursuing personal and professional development. Position details

• Location: San Diego
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job responsibilities

• Source and recruit high-quality candidates to meet our clients' needs
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Create strong relationships with healthcare providers, serving as their primary point of contact
• Oversee healthcare providers
• Negotiate wages with candidates
• Staff and schedule healthcare providers
• Manage relationships with Ro Health clients
• Develop skills needed in a management role
• Handle additional operations including payroll and marketing
• Operate at all times with a high level of honesty and integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Bilingual [English and Spanish]
• Recruiting experience
• Leadership experience
• Private duty/home health experience a plus!

Compensation

• Pay: Salary + Commission ($62k annual compensation guarantee)
• Quarterly bonuses!
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision
• PTO: 15 days PTO + 2 floating holidays + 7 paid holidays (24 paid days off)
