Job Title: Landscape Mechanic / Small Engine TechnicianPosition SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Landscape Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial landscape equipment, with a strong focus on 2-cycle and small engine repair. This role supports our field operations by ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for daily use.Salary$20-$25 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain 2-cycle engines (trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, etc.)Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial landscape equipment, including mowers and small enginesTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issuesConduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficientlyMaintain accurate service and repair recordsCoordinate repairs to minimize equipment downtimeOperate company vehicles to transport equipment as neededFollow all company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelinesQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of verifiable experience repairing small engines and commercial landscape equipmentStrong knowledge of 2-cycle engine repairExperience with commercial-grade landscape equipment preferredValid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 3 consecutive yearsMust be eligible to work in the United StatesAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detail and safetyBasic knowledge of preventative maintenance programsExperience in a commercial landscape environmentBenefitsHealth InsuranceDental and Vision401KLife InsuranceLong Term / Short Term DisabilityPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work in outdoor conditions and a shop environmentAbility to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periodsWork EnvironmentCombination of shop and outdoor workExposure to noise, fumes, and mechanical equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr LUSA Holdings
