Head of Growth

Owning the user acquisition and retention strategy, the full-time Head of Growth will build and lead a marketing team focused on driving registered users, monthly active users, and activation metrics in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage the company's growth metrics, including registered users, MAU, and activation, while establishing a weekly operating rhythm for measurement and adjustments Lead product marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels, integrating paid and organic strategies Build and develop a high-performing growth and marketing team, defining roles and responsibilities while fostering a culture of experimentation and execution Required qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in growth and marketing leadership within a PLG SaaS, design tool, creative platform, or developer product Proven track record of building and leading multi-disciplinary marketing and growth teams Strong understanding of user metrics, including registration, activation, and retention, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns accordingly Hands-on experience with analytics and content creation, capable of making data-driven decisions Experience in organic-led growth strategies, such as SEO and community engagement, as well as paid acquisition methods
