Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Phoenix Rise Counseling, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples and individual family members, developing tailored therapeutic plans that address their unique needs.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, and communication challenges.
\n
• Implement therapeutic techniques to facilitate discussions among family members regarding complex issues like job stress or medical concerns.
\n
• Engage with blended families and assist clients adjusting to separation or divorce, ensuring a supportive environment for all parties involved.
\n
• Collaborate with other professionals within our community health clinic to provide holistic care, connecting clients to necessary resources.

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to support families navigating complex dynamics and various life transitions. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients find clarity and solutions that foster healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in your state.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
