You seek to build lasting memories with your clients and have a desire to help. Customer service is in your genes. As a Leasing Professional, you will be:

1. Addressing matters involving residents and their needs.
2. Wowing our customers daily and getting them to live with us.
3. Be part of a team that will take service to the next level and develop ideas on how to improve our service.
4. Managing and updating the social media efforts of the community.
5. Generating and distributing social media content that engages followers.
6. Following up on customers and closing sales daily.
7. Greeting all guests, showing vacant apartments virtually and in person, and assisting customers with securing their perfect home.
8. Marketing the property through events, social media, and employee partnerships.
9. Being an advocate for existing residents and helping them renew their leases.
10. Preparing resident lease files and organizing their move-in.
11. Negotiating renewals with existing residents.
12. Following up and following through to ensure all resident service and other requests are resolved promptly.

To thrive, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Prior experience at a lease-up is desired.
• Comfortable with all aspects of social media. Yes, you will be on camera!
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Must meet company background investigation, credit screening, and drug screening.
• Prior leasing experience a plus.
