You will be the customer service advocate who helps customers find homes and creates lasting memories through exceptional service. As a Leasing Professional, you will be: Addressing matters involving residents and their needs. Wowing our customers daily and helping them choose to live with us. Being part of a team that elevates service and develops ideas to improve our offerings. Managing and updating the community’s social media efforts. Be the know about social media insights and execution. Generate and distribute social media content that engages followers. Following up with customers and closing sales daily. Greeting guests, showing vacant apartments virtually and in person, and assisting customers with securing their new home. Marketing the property through events, social media, and employee partnerships. Advocating for existing residents and helping them renew their leases. Preparing resident lease files and organizing move-ins. Negotiating renewals with existing residents. Following up and following through to ensure service and other requests are resolved promptly. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service. Prior experience at a lease-up is desired. Comfortable with all aspects of social media; you will be on camera. High school diploma or GED. Must meet company background investigation, credit screening, and drug screening requirements. Prior leasing experience is a plus.
