Location: Long Island, NY | Full-Time, In-Office

Pay: $18–$25 per hour | 40–50 hours weekly | Overtime Opportunities

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to residential and commercial customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and help resolve customer concerns on the first call whenever possible.
• Assist customers with cesspool pumping, septic services, sewer and drain cleaning, and maintenance requests.
• Help customers exploring new conventional septic installations or advanced I/A OWTS systems , including connecting potentially eligible homeowners with our team for county and state grant assistance.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through attentive communication and follow-ups.
• Accurately document customer information, schedule services, and manage follow-ups using ServiceTitan .
• Work closely with dispatch, field technicians, and installation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
• Dependable, organized, professional, and eager to learn
• 1–3 years of customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferred
• Home service industry experience (plumbing, septic, cesspool, HVAC, or electrical) preferred
• ServiceTitan or similar CRM experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• A positive, team-first attitude with strong accountability and ambition
