Global Lead, Accounting Product SuiteSummary:The Accounting Product Lead is accountable for the strategy and evolution of the global accounting product suite, including portfolio accounting, daily unitization, plan allocation, and related capabilities.This management role serves as the single point of accountability across the enterprise, driving client value, commercial performance, and modernization while aligning Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and senior leadership stakeholders.The key responsibilities of the role include:Asset Servicing Product OwnershipOwn the global portfolio of accounting products and capabilitiesDefine product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmapIntegrate accounting, data, reporting, and service capabilities into cohesive client solutionsStrategic LeadershipDefine market positioning, value proposition, and competitive differentiationLead industry analysis and innovation, including modernization initiativesRepresent the organization in client engagements and external industry forumsStakeholder Engagement and Enterprise AlignmentAlign Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance stakeholdersEngage senior leadership to drive strategy, prioritization, and decision makingPartner with Sales and Relationship teams to shape client solutionsCommercial and Financial LeadershipOwn pricing strategy with accountability for product P&L and financial performanceLead capital planning, investment prioritization, and business case developmentDrive revenue growth through a competitive and market-relevant product strategyExecution and GovernanceSponsor delivery across all stages of the product lifecycleEnsure adherence to governance, risk, and control frameworksManage cross-functional dependencies, execution risks, and outcomesThe successful candidate will benefit from having:Leadership ProfileStrong enterprise leadership presence with the ability to influence at senior levelsProven ability to align complex, matrixed organizationsStrategic mindset combined with strong execution focusSkills and QualificationsExtensive financial services experience, including significant product management experienceDeep accounting expertise, with experience in Defined Contribution plan structures preferredProven experience managing global product portfolios with P&L accountabilityStrong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamicsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills#LI-MG1#HybridSalary Range:$164,600 - 288,000 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
