The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and evolving the marketing strategy in line with the company's growth objectives, protecting and enhancing brand positioning across a diverse portfolio, and driving demand generation in various channels. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a balance of near-term commercial performance with long-term brand equity, as well as the ability to lead a high-performing marketing organization and foster a culture of ownership and thoughtful execution. Applicants for the CMO role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in growth-stage or transformation environments, with a strong preference for those with experience in authentic, artisanal, founder-led, or premium brands, particularly in the food, beverage, or CPG sectors.
