Job Summary

• Performs varied personal assistant and executive administrative duties for Vice President. B2B sales and e-commerce sales. Reports directly to Vice President. Performs other tasks as assigned by VP

General Accountabilities

• Composes and produces business correspondences, reports and related materials or guides the work of other staff who produce these materials.

• Reviews and signs materials, as authorized.

• Editing documents produced by others.

• Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information, such as staff personnel files.

• Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.

• Serves as an internal resource to administrators or staff on departmental and company procedures.

• Performs administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings and planning events.

• Arranges with vendors for services, prepares agendas, gathers and organizes supporting information, and oversees production and distribution of related materials.

• Follows sales leads to executing closing of new business and meets sales targets as outlined with sales commission and MBO structure set by company quarterly.

• Schedules, assigns and prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree

• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience

• Advanced level of Microsoft office programs

• Design software knowledge

• Sales platforms knowledge

• Phone acumen

• Successful experience working in fast paced, confidential environment

Compensation and Position Type

$40k-$50k range with commission

Benefits after 60 days of employment
