The Technology Licensing Practice enables the firm to structure major product acquisitions and negotiate the sale of core technologies and IP assets. Why join us? Job Details Seeking a highly motivated 4–6 year Corporate Associate to join the team at New England’s premier law firm for tech and emerging companies.
