Join Luttrell Staffing Group as a Business Development Manager!
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000 base salary + commission
Schedule : Monday–Friday
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k)

Luttrell Staffing Group, a leading commercial staffing company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our market presence in Bowling Green and Hopkinsville.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial staffing sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed growth targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Represent Luttrell Staffing Group at industry events and networking opportunities

You’re great at multi-tasking, problem-solving, and staying organized amidst chaos.
