Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to establish therapeutic relationships and tailor treatment plans to meet client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, among others.

• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive environment for sharing and healing.
\n
• Maintain precise clinical documentation, documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, participating in regular case reviews, consultations, and multidisciplinary meetings.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay updated on emerging trends and research in mental health.

The client population you will serve includes a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Colorado.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards within the counseling profession.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients of various demographics.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses.
