What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll work directly with customers while representing a variety of client campaigns across the Orlando area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers through professional face-to-face interactions.
• Building positive relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Introducing customers to products, services, or charitable initiatives.
• Understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
• Supporting customers through the registration or sales process.
• Representing client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve campaign objectives.
